			- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
 - 2 cups broccoli florets
 - 8.8 ounces penne pasta
 - 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
 - 1/2 cup Thai peanut sauce
 
Instructions
- In a large pot, add chicken cubes, broccoli florets, penne pasta, and chicken broth.
 - Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente and the liquid has mostly reduced, about 18–20 minutes.
 - Stir in Thai peanut sauce until evenly coated. Serve hot.
