Description
A quick and easy one-pot meal featuring pasta, ground beef, black beans, and a delicious taco seasoning sauce.
Ingredients

							Scale

			- 300 g small pasta, such as elbow macaroni
 - 400 g ground beef
 - 1 can black beans, drained
 - 1 cup corn kernels
 - 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
 - 2 cups chicken broth
 - 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until well browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
 - Add the drained black beans, corn kernels, taco seasoning, and chicken broth to the pot. Stir in the uncooked pasta and bring to a simmer.
 - Reduce heat, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
 - Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and thoroughly combined before serving.

Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
 - Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the mix.
 - For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or hot sauce.
