- 1 red bell pepper, sliced

- 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions
- Prepare the Old Bay Shrimp: In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Cook the Shrimp: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Assemble the Burritos: Warm the tortillas. Divide the rice, black beans, cooked shrimp, bell pepper, red onion, avocado, and cilantro among the tortillas. Squeeze lime juice over the fillings.
- Roll the Burritos: Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll up tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.
- Serve: Cut the burritos in half and serve with extra lime wedges on the side.
