- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed candy canes (plus extra for garnish)
- 2 cups crispy rice cereal
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Stir in the crushed candy canes, crispy rice cereal, peppermint extract, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until fully combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to firm slightly.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll each ball in additional crushed candy canes for garnish.
- Place the snowballs on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
