Description

Delightfully festive and easy to make, these no-bake peppermint bark snowballs combine creamy white chocolate, crushed candy canes, and crispy rice cereal for a decadent holiday treat. Perfect for gifting or serving at seasonal gatherings!

 


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed candy canes (plus extra for garnish)
  • 2 cups crispy rice cereal
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  2. Stir in the crushed candy canes, crispy rice cereal, peppermint extract, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to firm slightly.
  4. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Roll each ball in additional crushed candy canes for garnish.
  6. Place the snowballs on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
