Description

As a busy mom, I know how precious time can be, especially when it comes to whipping up something sweet. That’s why I absolutely adore these No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls! They’re not just a quick solution for a hectic day; they’re also a delightful treat that will impress your loved ones.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, for coating
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and softened cream cheese. Beat together until smooth and well blended.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in the crushed graham crackers until the mixture is well combined and holds together.
  4. Using your hands, scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place the formed balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Once all the mixture has been rolled into balls, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each cheesecake ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Return the chocolate-coated balls to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle each ball with chopped peanuts while the chocolate is still wet for added crunch and flavor.
  8. Refrigerate the cheesecake balls for at least 1 hour until set, then enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
  • Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • Feel free to customize the toppings with other nuts or sprinkles.
