Description

Delicious no bake chocolate peanut bars that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 250 g natural peanut butter
  • 80 ml maple syrup or agave
  • 30 g plant-based chocolate protein powder
  • 150 g rolled oats (certified gluten-free if needed)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseeds
  • 100 g dark chocolate (70%), melted
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (slightly warmed)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together peanut butter, maple syrup, protein powder, oats, cocoa powder, and chia/flax until thick and sticky. Press firmly into a parchment-lined 20×20 cm pan.
  2. Pour melted dark chocolate evenly over the base. Drizzle warmed peanut butter on top, then swirl with a toothpick or skewer for a marbled effect.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Slice into 12 neat squares.
  4. Keep in the fridge up to 1 week or freeze up to 2 months.

Notes

  • Ensure peanuts and other ingredients are sourced from gluten-free sources if needed.
  • For a nut-free option, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter.
  • Store the bars in an airtight container for best freshness.
