Description

No Bake Brownie Bites are easy-to-make, delicious treats that require no baking and can be prepared quickly for a satisfying dessert or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 240 grams peanut butter or suitable allergy-friendly alternative
  • 53 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 67 grams sweetener of choice
  • 1 gram salt (optional)
  • Mini chocolate chips (to taste)
  • Chia seeds (to taste)
  • 28 grams coconut oil or melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. Place peanut butter, cocoa powder, sweetener, salt, and any coconut oil or melted chocolate in a food processor. Blend thoroughly, pausing to scrape down the sides as necessary.
  2. Add mini chocolate chips or chia seeds, either before blending for finer distribution or after for added texture, according to preference.
  3. Once the mixture reaches a smooth, cohesive dough, scoop and roll into uniform balls using the palms of your hands.
  4. Store bites in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerate or freeze for longer shelf life.

Notes

  • These bites can be customized with various mixers, such as nuts or dried fruit.
  • For added sweetness, adjust the amount of sweetener to taste.
  • If using a different nut butter, the texture may vary slightly.
