A recipe for making natural ashwagandha gummies that promote better sleep.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened tart cherry juice
- 2 tbsp agar agar powder
- 1 tsp pure ashwagandha root powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
- Gummy mold trays (silicone)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, add the cherry juice and sprinkle in agar agar powder.
- Heat on medium and whisk continuously until the mixture begins to simmer and thicken (about 3–5 minutes).
- Remove from heat. Let cool slightly, then stir in ashwagandha, lemon juice, and sweetener.
- Quickly pour into gummy molds before the mixture sets.
- Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes, or until firm.
- Pop out and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
Notes
- Use silicone molds for easy removal of gummies.
- Store gummies in the fridge to maintain freshness.
