Description

A deliciously sweet and minty treat, Mint Oreo White Bark is perfect for satisfying your dessert cravings with its creamy white chocolate and crunchy Oreo pieces.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 regular Oreo cookies (half of a 439 g package)
  • 680 g white chocolate morsels
  • 0.250.5 teaspoons mint extract, to taste
  • Green food coloring, as needed

Instructions

  1. Break Oreo cookies into small pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Melt white chocolate morsels using a double boiler or microwave, following the package instructions until smooth.
  3. Quickly stir the mint extract and desired amount of green food coloring into the melted chocolate. Fold in the broken Oreo pieces until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a wax paper-lined baking pan and spread evenly. Transfer to the freezer and chill for two hours.
  5. Remove from the freezer, break into bite-sized pieces, and serve.

Notes

  • Adjust the mint extract according to your taste preference.
  • Make sure to line the baking pan with wax paper for easy removal of the bark.
