Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 small handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1 large scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder
  • 1 scoop Copina Co. Vanilla Beauty Plant-Based Collagen Boost Creamer
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Top with extra mint, cacao nibs, plant yogurt, and chia seeds.
