- 2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, almond flour, egg, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly incorporated.
- Spoon tablespoon-sized amounts of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring each portion is gently flattened.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the crisps are golden brown and crisp.
- Allow the crisps to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving.
