Description

Delicious Mediterranean-inspired crisps made with fresh spinach and feta cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, almond flour, egg, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly incorporated.
  3. Spoon tablespoon-sized amounts of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring each portion is gently flattened.
  4. Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the crisps are golden brown and crisp.
  5. Allow the crisps to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving.
