  • Red Onion: 1 small, finely chopped
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh Parsley: 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Fresh Mint: 2 tbsp, chopped
  • Dried Oregano: 1 tsp
  • Lemon Zest: From 1 lemon
  • Egg: 1 (lightly beaten)
  • Breadcrumbs: 1/2 cup (panko or regular)
  • Feta Cheese (optional): 1/4 cup, crumbled
  • Salt and Pepper: To taste
  • Olive Oil: For cooking

Instructions

  • Prepare the Mixture:

    • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped red onion, minced garlic, parsley, mint, and dried oregano.
