- 1/2 lb Italian sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 lb pepperoni slices, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil Water: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook Tortellini: Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions (3-5 minutes for fresh, 8-10 minutes for frozen).
- Drain and Set Aside: Drain the tortellini and set aside.
- Heat a Skillet: Cook the crumbled Italian sausage over medium heat.
- Add Pepperoni and Bacon: Once sausage is browned, add pepperoni and bacon and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Add Marinara Sauce: Pour marinara sauce into the skillet and stir well.
- Season: Add Italian seasoning and garlic powder, then let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Combine with Tortellini: Add cooked tortellini to the meat sauce and stir gently.
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Transfer to Baking Dish: Grease a baking dish and transfer the mixture into it.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from oven, garnish with herbs if desired, and serve hot.
