A delicious breakfast sandwich featuring sausage, egg, and cheese on a toasted English muffin.
Ingredients

- 4 big eggs
- 4 pieces of your favorite cheese (cheddar, American, or whatever you like)
- 4 sausage patties
- Salt and pepper, based on your taste
- Butter or oil to cook with
- 4 toasted English muffins, split in half
Instructions
- Toast the muffin halves in a pan after buttering them lightly until they get crispy and lightly browned. Put them aside for now.
- Use the same pan to cook the sausage patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side over medium heat. They should get golden and fully cooked through. Set these aside too.
- Grease a ring mold or a mason jar lid, then crack an egg into each on the pan. Let them cook for 2-3 minutes until the whites are firm and yolks are done how you like it.
- Start stacking: cheese slice on the bottom muffin half, then sausage, then the egg. Top it all with the other muffin half.
- You can eat them right away or wrap them up to reheat when you’re ready.
