Delicious and gooey Marshmallow Nutella Chocolate Cookies that combine rich chocolate flavors with a delightful marshmallow and Nutella filling.

- 227 g unsalted butter, softened
- 200 g granulated sugar
- 220 g packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 315 g all-purpose flour
- 65 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 170 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 120 g Nutella
- 120 g marshmallow fluff or marshmallow creme
Instructions
- In a large bowl, cream softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together with a mixer until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry mixture to wet ingredients, mixing until just incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips. Cover and chill dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 175°C and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough, flatten in your hand. Place 1 teaspoon Nutella and 1 teaspoon marshmallow fluff in the center. Press edges to partially seal, leaving a small gap. Flatten another 1 tablespoon of dough and place on top, sealing edges around filling.
- Repeat with remaining dough, spacing cookies 5 cm apart on prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until tops are slightly cracked. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to rack.

- Ensure the dough is chilled for at least 30 minutes for easier handling.
