Ingredients

  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it up really well until it gets nice and frothy.
  2. Combine the egg with shredded cheese, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder if desired. Mix until well blended.
  3. Get your waffle maker warmed up.
  4. Lightly spray or brush oil on the heated waffle maker.
  5. Scoop the mix into the waffle maker, close the lid, and let it cook for 3–5 minutes until it’s golden and firm.
  6. Gently take the chaffle out and enjoy it while it’s still warm for the best flavor and texture.
