Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, poultry seasoning, chopped chives, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; mix thoroughly.
- Spread the herbed mayonnaise evenly onto both slices of nutty bread.
- On one slice of bread, layer lettuce, sliced leftover turkey, and cranberry sauce in that order.
- Place the second slice of bread on top to close the sandwich, cut in half, and serve immediately.
