- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Cook the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the mushrooms until tender.
- Add the beef broth and simmer for a few minutes. Stir in the sour cream, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard, and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Return the meatballs to the skillet and coat them in the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.
