Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef or lamb
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and cook them in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- Serve with a side of tzatziki sauce.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
- These meatballs can be frozen for later use.
