- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup butter (for the sauce)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced (for the sauce)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Cook the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the cooked meatballs back to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

- Ensure the meatballs are cooked through to an internal temperature of 160°F.
