Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup butter (for the sauce)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced (for the sauce)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt, to taste (for the sauce)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
  2. Cook the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the cooked meatballs back to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

  • Ensure the meatballs are cooked through to an internal temperature of 160°F.
