A quick and easy Italian-inspired dish made with shrimp and lemon, perfect for a weeknight meal.
Ingredients

			- 1 stick of melted butter
 - 1 packet of Italian dressing mix (dry)
 - 12 oz shrimp—deveined, cleaned, thawed, and patted dry
 - 2 large lemons, thinly sliced
 
Instructions
- Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and let it warm up.
 - Take a medium bowl, melt the butter inside, and toss in the shrimp.
 - Dust the shrimp with the dry Italian dressing mix and gently stir so it’s all coated.
 - Lay the lemon slices evenly across the bottom of a baking dish, then pour over the shrimp and butter combo.
 - Even out the shrimp, making sure they’re in a single layer across the dish.
 - Pop the dish into the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and firm.
 - Let the shrimp sit a bit to cool before digging in.

- Ensure shrimp are properly thawed before cooking for even baking.
