Description

A quick and easy Italian-inspired dish made with shrimp and lemon, perfect for a weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 stick of melted butter
  • 1 packet of Italian dressing mix (dry)
  • 12 oz shrimp—deveined, cleaned, thawed, and patted dry
  • 2 large lemons, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and let it warm up.
  2. Take a medium bowl, melt the butter inside, and toss in the shrimp.
  3. Dust the shrimp with the dry Italian dressing mix and gently stir so it’s all coated.
  4. Lay the lemon slices evenly across the bottom of a baking dish, then pour over the shrimp and butter combo.
  5. Even out the shrimp, making sure they’re in a single layer across the dish.
  6. Pop the dish into the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and firm.
  7. Let the shrimp sit a bit to cool before digging in.
