Description

Indulge in this sweet delight of Hot Chocolate Fudge Candy, a rich and creamy treat perfect for any chocolate lover.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 255 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 255 grams milk chocolate chips
  • 397 grams sweetened condensed milk
  • 72 grams hot chocolate mix
  • 56 grams salted butter, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 4 cups miniature marshmallows, divided
  • 85 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips (for drizzle)
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil (for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Line a 20 x 20 cm baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal. Secure edges with clips if needed and lightly coat with nonstick spray.
  2. Place semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, hot chocolate mix, and sliced butter into a medium microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Microwave at full power for 1 minute. Stir well, then microwave in 45-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted (about 2.5–3 minutes).
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract until fully blended with the chocolate mixture.
  5. Gently stir in 2 cups of miniature marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  6. Microwave the mixture for 20–30 seconds, stirring 2–3 times, to further incorporate marshmallows.
  7. Spread the fudge mixture evenly into the prepared pan using an offset spatula.
  8. Distribute remaining 2 cups miniature marshmallows over the surface, pressing gently to adhere.
  9. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firmly set.
  10. Release fudge using parchment overhang and transfer to a cutting board.
  11. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat semi-sweet chocolate chips and vegetable oil for 30 seconds. Stir until melted and smooth.
  12. Drizzle melted chocolate over the marshmallows. Allow to set, then cut into 5 x 5 squares. Refrigerate until serving.
