Description

As a busy mom, I know how precious time can be, especially when it comes to preparing snacks for family gatherings or casual get-togethers. That’s why I absolutely adore this Honey Ricotta Dip with Pistachio and Apricot.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
  • Crackers or sliced fruit for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the ricotta mixture to a serving dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios and dried apricots evenly over the ricotta dip.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
  5. Serve immediately with crackers or sliced fruit for dipping, or refrigerate for up to 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, use low-fat ricotta cheese.
  • This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
  • Feel free to substitute other nuts or dried fruits based on your preference.
