Description
Delicious ham and cheese croissant sandwiches with a garlic butter topping.

- 6 regular croissants
- 12 oz deli ham, sliced
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
- ½ cup honey mustard sauce
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Carefully slice each croissant in half horizontally to create top and bottom pieces.
- Place the bottom halves of the croissants on your prepared baking sheet.
- Spread each bottom with honey mustard sauce, saving some for the tops.
- Layer one slice of Swiss cheese, then about 2 oz of deli ham, and top with another slice of cheese on each croissant bottom.
- Spread more honey mustard sauce on the inside of each croissant top, then place them over the filled bottoms.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Using a pastry brush, generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of all the sandwiches.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the croissants are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute or two. Serve warm with extra honey mustard sauce on the side.
Notes
- For additional flavor, you can add sliced tomatoes or spinach to the sandwiches.
- These sandwiches can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
- Experiment with different types of cheese for a unique taste.
