- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved)
- 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
- 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled, optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic.
- Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds.
- Spread a layer of Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
- Add grilled shrimp, romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and optional toppings like bacon and croutons.
- Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
- Slice wraps in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the shrimp seasoning.
- If you’re looking for a lighter version, you can use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise in the dressing.
- These wraps can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator, but are best served fresh.
