Description

A refreshing and delicious summer salad featuring grilled peaches, creamy feta cheese, and crunchy walnuts, perfect for warm weather.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 100 g arugula or mixed greens
  • 50 g walnuts, toasted
  • 60 ml balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes, until grill marks appear and they soften slightly.
  4. Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the arugula, grilled peaches, crumbled feta, and toasted walnuts.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
