Description

Grilled Caesar Corn Cob is a delicious twist on a classic summer favorite, combining the flavors of grilled corn with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears fresh corn
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
  • 60 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • Crushed croutons or toasted breadcrumbs
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Chopped anchovy or bacon bits (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Brush each ear of corn evenly with olive oil.
  2. Place on a preheated grill over medium-high heat.
  3. Grill, turning occasionally, until the kernels are charred and tender, about 8–10 minutes.
  4. While the corn is still hot, brush lightly with Caesar dressing.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and crushed croutons or toasted breadcrumbs over the top.
  6. Add freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  7. If using, finish with a handful of chopped anchovy or crispy bacon bits as a garnish.

Notes

  • Make sure to grill the corn until it’s nicely charred for the best flavor.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of Caesar dressing to your taste.
  • Croutons or breadcrumbs add a nice crunch, so use them generously.
