- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons granola (gluten-free if needed)
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs (optional)
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (thawed)
- 1 small ripe banana (sliced)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Combine thawed mixed berries and banana in a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Spoon half of the yogurt base evenly into two clean jars.
- Distribute a layer of the fruit purée over the yogurt in each jar.
- Sprinkle half the fresh berries, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and pomegranate seeds (if using) over the fruit purée layer.
- Add another layer with the remaining yogurt mixture, followed by the rest of the fruit purée and superfood toppings.
- Top each jar with granola, shredded coconut, and cacao nibs as desired.
- Serve immediately for a crunchy texture, or cover and refrigerate for up to four hours for a softer consistency.
