Description
Gordon Ramsay’s Radish Salad is a fresh, zesty delight that combines the crunch of radishes with the brightness of lemon and richness of Parmesan.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bunch Radishes
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice and zest
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Fresh grated Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, torn
- to taste Salt & black pepper
Instructions
- Slice your radishes evenly to about 1/8 inch thickness for a satisfying crunch.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the radish slices with the juice of half a lemon and a pinch of salt. Massage gently for 1-2 minutes until softened.
- Add olive oil, fresh grated Parmesan, and torn dill to the bowl. Toss gently, being careful not to smash the radishes.
- Spread the radish slices artistically on a plate. Finish with lemon zest, additional Parmesan, torn dill, and freshly cracked black pepper.
- Serve immediately to enjoy the best flavor and texture.
Notes
- Use classic red radishes for the best crunch and peppery flavor.
- Consider nutritional yeast for a dairy-free option in place of Parmesan.
- Parsley can be used as a substitute for dill if desired.
