A delicious Giant Mozzarella-Stuffed Garlic Knot Pizza Bomb, perfect as an appetizer or snack.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Flatten each piece and place mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the dough around the cheese and shape into a knot.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Brush the knots with the egg wash and sprinkle with the garlic mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For an extra cheesy experience, add more mozzarella cheese.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
