- 2 lbs of sirloin steak cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 lb of baby potatoes quartered
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 5 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the steak pieces and quartered potatoes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, oregano, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour the mixture over the steak and potatoes, tossing to ensure even coating.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and place each on a large piece of aluminum foil.
- Fold the foil over the mixture, sealing the edges to form a packet.
- Place the foil packets on the grill or in the oven.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your liking and the potatoes are tender.
