Description

Garlic Steak & Potato Foil Packets are a delicious and easy dinner option perfect for grilling or baking, combining tender steak with flavorful potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of sirloin steak cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 lb of baby potatoes quartered
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 5 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the steak pieces and quartered potatoes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, oregano, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Pour the mixture over the steak and potatoes, tossing to ensure even coating.
  5. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and place each on a large piece of aluminum foil.
  6. Fold the foil over the mixture, sealing the edges to form a packet.
  7. Place the foil packets on the grill or in the oven.
  8. Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your liking and the potatoes are tender.
