- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat until the butter is melted.
- Add the mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 8-10 minutes until they are golden and tender.
- Stir in the minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
- Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the mushrooms. Toss gently to coat.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
