Description

As a busy mom, I know how challenging it can be to whip up a meal that pleases everyone. That’s why I absolutely adore this Garlic Chicken Spinach White Pizza! It’s not just a meal; it’s a delightful experience that brings the family together. With its creamy ricotta, savory chicken, and fresh spinach, this pizza is a quick solution for those hectic weeknights. Plus, it’s a dish that will impress your loved ones without keeping you in the kitchen for hours. Trust me, once you try it, you’ll be adding it to your regular rotation!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, roasted and minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Get it nice and toasty!
  2. If you’re using a store-bought pizza crust, follow the package instructions for pre-baking it slightly.
  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Toss in the chopped spinach and sauté until wilting, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the minced roasted garlic with the ricotta cheese. Mix until creamy.
  5. Spread the ricotta-garlic mixture evenly across the prepared pizza crust.
  6. Add the sautéed spinach on top of the ricotta layer.
  7. Sprinkle the diced cooked chicken on top.
  8. Finish with a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  9. Scatter the red pepper flakes over the top if desired.
  10. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  11. Let it cool for a minute, then garnish with fresh basil or parsley.
  12. Slice and serve warm!
