A delicious and easy-to-make Garlic Butter Shrimp Rice Bake that combines succulent shrimp, fluffy rice, and aromatic seasonings for a flavorful meal.

			- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - 1 cup long-grain white rice, rinsed
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
 - 2 cups low-sodium chicken or seafood broth
 - Juice of 1 lemon
 - 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
 - In a 9×13 inch baking dish, combine rice, onion, half the minced garlic, 2 tablespoons melted butter, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add broth and lemon juice and stir gently to distribute ingredients evenly.
 - Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and bake for 25 minutes to allow the rice to begin absorbing liquid.
 - While rice bakes, mix shrimp in a bowl with the remaining garlic, 2 tablespoons melted butter, and red pepper flakes if desired.
 - Remove the foil after 25 minutes, carefully fluff rice with a fork, and evenly arrange seasoned shrimp over the rice.
 - Return dish to oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until shrimp turn pink and are just cooked through, and rice is tender.
 - Scatter chopped parsley over the top before serving.
 
Notes
- For a spicier kick, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
 - Feel free to substitute the shrimp with your choice of seafood.
