For the garlic butter sauce:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - 2 tbsp honey
 - 1/3 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard
 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
 
For serving:
- Small flour or corn tortillas
 - Fresh cilantro, chopped
 - Lime wedges
 - Diced onions or pickled onions
 - Crumbled cotija cheese or shredded cheddar
 
Instructions
- 
Prepare the chicken:
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
 - In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.

Cook the chicken:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
 - Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes per side, until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat.

Make the garlic butter sauce:
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat.
 - Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
 - Stir in honey, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and smoked paprika. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Combine:
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Let simmer for 2 minutes to absorb flavors.
