- 120 g fresh strawberries, sliced
- 75 g blueberries
- 80 g green grapes, halved
- 1 peach, thinly sliced
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 100 g raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line a 30 cm pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a soft dough forms.
- Press the dough evenly onto the prepared pan, forming a round crust approximately 0.6 cm thick.
- Bake the crust for 13 to 15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Cool completely on the pan before decorating.
- In a clean bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Incorporate the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and heavy cream or milk, mixing until the glaze is silky and spreadable.
- Evenly spread the cream cheese glaze over the cooled cookie crust.
- Neatly arrange the fresh fruits on top in vibrant, decorative patterns.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to slicing and serving.
