Instructions
- Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper, ensuring it fits in your freezer.
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
- Add mini chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate) and gently fold into the mixture. Incorporate any optional add-ins if using.
- Drop 1 to 1.5 tablespoon portions of the mixture onto the lined tray, spacing them about an inch apart.
- Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Transfer the frozen bites to a freezer-safe container or zip-top bag, placing parchment paper between layers if stacking.
- Enjoy straight from the freezer, allowing to sit for 30 seconds at room temperature for the best texture.
