Description

A delightful frozen treat made with banana slices topped with nut butter, chocolate chips, and nuts.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas into thin rounds.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread a layer of nut butter on each banana slice.
  4. Sprinkle dark chocolate chips and chopped nuts on top of the nut butter.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top.
  6. Freeze the baking sheet for at least 2 hours or until the banana slices are firm.
  7. Once frozen, break the bark into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to use your favorite nut butter for variety.
  • You can substitute the dark chocolate chips with milk or white chocolate if desired.
  • Store the leftover bark in an airtight container in the freezer.
