Description

Fiery Cajun Shrimp Stuffed Jalapeños are a spicy and flavorful appetizer that combines shrimp, cream cheese, and Cajun spices, all stuffed into fresh jalapeño peppers.


Ingredients

  • 12 large jalapeño peppers, halved and seeded
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, Cajun seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic until smooth.
  3. Add the shrimp mixture to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Stuff the jalapeño halves with the shrimp and cheese filling.
  5. Arrange the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender and the filling is bubbly.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
