Feta Cranberry Swirls Pastry brings irresistible flavor excitement!

- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 120 g mozzarella, grated
- 0.5 teaspoon dried mint or oregano
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 teaspoon milk
- Sesame seeds, for topping
- Honey, for drizzling
- Cranberry sauce, for serving
- Rosemary, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix crumbled feta, grated mozzarella, dried mint or oregano, and the egg white until well combined.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the top half of the puff pastry sheet. Fold the pastry in half to enclose the filling and gently press to seal.
- Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the folded pastry into strips approximately 1 cm wide. Twist each strip and roll into a spiral shape.
- Combine the egg yolk with 1 teaspoon of milk, then brush over the swirls. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Arrange the swirls on the prepared tray and bake for 28–32 minutes on the lower rack until dark golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly. Serve swirls drizzled with honey, accompanied by cranberry sauce and garnished with rosemary.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, feel free to add more herbs to the cheese mixture.
- Ensure the puff pastry is thawed properly before use to achieve the best texture.
