Description

A delicious breakfast casserole combining everything bagels, cheddar cheese, and bacon.


Ingredients

  • 4 everything bagels, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread chopped bagels in the dish; top with crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour egg mixture evenly over layers. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40–45 minutes, or until center is set and top golden. (Optional: cover and refrigerate overnight before baking.)
  5. Rest 10 minutes, then slice and serve hot.
