Ingredients

- 4 everything bagels, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread chopped bagels in the dish; top with crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour egg mixture evenly over layers. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40–45 minutes, or until center is set and top golden. (Optional: cover and refrigerate overnight before baking.)
- Rest 10 minutes, then slice and serve hot.
