Description

Delicious and easy-to-make breakfast rolls filled with cheesy scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage, perfect for the whole family.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (or homemade dough)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 4 slices cooked bacon or sausage (use beef or turkey bacon for substitution)
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture and cook gently until just set, then remove from heat.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs onto each piece, then top with shredded cheese and cooked bacon or sausage.
  4. Roll up each dough triangle starting from the wide end and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with melted butter if desired.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped chives or parsley and serve warm.
