- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup finely minced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (plus more to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (plus more to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, celery, red onion, diced pickles, and fresh dill.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dill pickle juice.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir well until fully coated.
- Enjoy immediately or chill in the fridge for an even better flavor.
Notes
- For a lighter version, you can increase the amount of Greek yogurt and reduce the mayonnaise.
