Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup finely minced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (plus more to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (plus more to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, celery, red onion, diced pickles, and fresh dill.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dill pickle juice.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir well until fully coated.
