- 230 grams refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 120 milliliters pizza sauce
- 110 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 grams garlic powder
- Pepperoni slices
- Diced ham
- Cooked sausage, crumbled
- Chopped bell peppers
- Chopped onions
- Sliced mushrooms
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C. Lightly grease 8 standard muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray.
- Slice crescent roll dough into 8 even squares. Gently shape and press each square into the prepared muffin cups, ensuring the base and sides are covered.
- Sprinkle approximately 14 grams of mozzarella cheese into the bottom of each dough-lined cup. Spoon 15 milliliters of pizza sauce over the cheese layer.
- Distribute remaining mozzarella cheese evenly across the cups. Layer with selected toppings such as pepperoni, ham, sausage, peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Evenly dust each cupcake with garlic powder.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbling. Remove from oven, loosen edges with a small knife, and serve hot.
