Description

Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna Dinner is a simple and delicious layered dish that combines cheese ravioli, ground beef, and ample cheese, cooked to perfection in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 500g frozen cheese ravioli
  • 100g Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 200g Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 400ml pasta sauce
  • 450g ground beef, browned and drained

Instructions

  1. Add a thin layer of pasta sauce at the bottom of the crockpot to prevent sticking.
  2. Arrange frozen ravioli, browned ground beef, shredded Parmesan, mozzarella, and pasta sauce in layers. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with sauce and cheese on top.
  3. Set crockpot to cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours until ravioli is tender and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Portion the warm lasagna onto plates, ensuring each serving contains the delicious layered components.

Notes

  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
  • You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
  • Make sure to use enough sauce to keep the ravioli from drying out during cooking.
