Crockpot Mississippi Steak Bites are a delicious and easy meal made with tender steak, savory seasonings, and zesty pepperoncini.
Ingredients

- 3 lbs. sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, to sear beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 oz. envelope au jus gravy
- 1 oz. envelope ranch seasoning mix
- 1 stick butter (8 tablespoons)
- 1 cup low sodium or unsalted beef broth
- 1 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes on both sides until browned. Transfer to crockpot.
- Top with onions, garlic, au jus gravy, ranch seasoning, sliced butter, pepperoncini peppers with juice, and beef broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the steak overnight before cooking.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice for a complete meal.
