- 3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10.5 oz) can unsalted cream of chicken soup
- 2 (0.87 oz each) envelopes dry chicken gravy mix
- 1/2 cup water or chicken broth (optional)
- Hot steamed rice (to serve)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker base. Season lightly with salt and pepper if desired.
- Whisk together unsalted cream of chicken soup, dry chicken gravy mix, and water or chicken broth until smooth.
- Pour sauce mixture evenly over chicken in slow cooker. Cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW heat for 4 to 6 hours until chicken is tender and flavors are well developed.
- Break chicken into bite-sized pieces directly in slow cooker to evenly distribute sauce before serving.
- Ladle chicken and gravy over hot steamed rice and enjoy.

- Feel free to add vegetables like carrots or peas for a heartier meal.
