  • 20g melted butter
  • 75g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon spice mix of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
  2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
  3. Season the potatoes by placing them cut-side up on a baking sheet and brushing with melted butter and Parmesan mixture.
  4. Add more grated Parmesan on top and any optional add-ons.
  5. Bake the potatoes for about 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
