- 75g grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
- Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
- Season the potatoes by placing them cut-side up on a baking sheet and brushing with melted butter and Parmesan mixture.
- Add more grated Parmesan on top and any optional add-ons.
- Bake the potatoes for about 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
