- 6 Zero-Carb Small Keto Tortillas
- 1/3 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 6 ounces Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Butter melted
- 3 tbsp Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute plus additional for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
- Add the cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla and Swerve to a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
- Top the cream cheese layer with fresh blueberries.
- Roll the tortillas closed around the filling, and place seam side down into a well greased pan or rack.
- Brush the top of the tortillas with the melted butter.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until browned and crispy on the outside.
- Dust with more Swerve before serving.
