Description

Ingredients

  • 4 small flour tortillas (approximately 5 inches in diameter)
  • 4 frozen breaded chicken tenders
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the frozen chicken tenders according to the manufacturer’s instructions until fully cooked and golden brown.
  2. Heat each flour tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds per side or microwave for 10 to 15 seconds until soft and pliable.
  3. Cut the cooked chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Lay each tortilla flat. Distribute shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and chicken pieces evenly along the center.
  5. Drizzle ranch dressing evenly over the fillings in each tortilla.
  6. Fold both sides of each tortilla over the filling and roll tightly to form a compact wrap. Serve immediately, or wrap in foil if taking to go.
